Glenn Burney Lodge is hiring experienced Sous Chefs and Line Cooks to join their culinary team for the busy summer season in Parry Sound. Role
Successful candidates will work across busy hospitality venues, helping deliver high-quality food and memorable guest experiences throughout the summer season.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Supporting daily kitchen operations
Supervising and assisting junior kitchen staff where required
Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Assisting with menu execution and service quality
Supporting inventory management and stock organization
Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintaining clean and organized workstations
Contributing ideas for menu improvements and specials
Delivering consistent food quality during high-volume service periods
