ChefJobs Abroad is a listing and matching platform only. We are not a staffing agency, recruiter, employer, or immigration consultancy, and we are not a party to any employment relationship, offer, or contract that may arise between a Job Seeker and an Employer.
3. No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes
We do not guarantee that any Job Seeker will be contacted, interviewed, or hired, or that any Employer will fill a position, through use of the Service.
4. Do Your Own Due Diligence on Employers
Before accepting a position, sharing sensitive personal documents, or making travel/relocation arrangements, you are solely responsible for independently verifying the legitimacy of any Employer or offer — including researching the company, confirming the role directly with the employer through verified channels, and, where possible, seeking a written contract before relocating.

Be cautious of any "employer" who asks you to pay money, wire funds, or provide sensitive documents (such as your passport, banking details, or a security deposit) as a condition of employment — this is a common tactic used in employment scams and is not something a legitimate employer will require. If a listing or message seems suspicious, do not send money or documents, and report it to us at chefjobsabroad@gmail.com.
