Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations while ensuring consistent food quality, service standards, and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with day-to-day kitchen leadership and supervision
Preparing and cooking menu items to high quality standards
Supporting food safety and sanitation compliance
Managing kitchen operations during Head Chef absences
Training and mentoring kitchen staff
Assisting with inventory management and ordering
Coordinating with front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest experiences
Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal features
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency
Supporting a positive and professional kitchen culture
