Role
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional culinary experiences for both guests and crew while maintaining the highest standards throughout the galley.
Key responsibilities include:
⢠Preparing high-quality meals for guests and crew
⢠Supporting the Head Chef during busy charter operations
⢠Producing nutritious, varied, and well-executed crew food
⢠Assisting with provisioning, stock control, and galley organisation
⢠Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
⢠Ensuring consistency and efficiency during service
⢠Contributing to a positive and collaborative galley environment
