The Role
As Pastry Chef, you'll oversee the production of:
Artisan pastries
Specialty breads
Luxury desserts
Cakes and celebration creations
Chocolates and petit fours
Ice creams and frozen desserts
Buffet presentations and plated desserts
You'll also be responsible for maintaining quality standards, minimizing waste, creating innovative new offerings, and helping drive culinary excellence throughout the resort.

Requirements
- Culinary, Baking, or Pastry qualification
- HACCP and food safety certification
