Rasamayi Foods specializes in premium event dining and authentic Indian cuisine, serving the Indian community with a wide-ranging menu that spans South Indian, North Indian, Telangana-Andhra, and Continental dishes.
This is a hands-on, independent chef role where youβll be trusted to run your section, maintain consistency, and contribute to menu execution across lunch and dinner service.

This is a strong mid-level European kitchen opportunity for a chef who wants stability, structure, and international experience.
Youβre operating as an Independent Chef I, meaning:
Full responsibility for your section
Hands-on execution of prep + service
Input into consistency, quality, and workflow

π¨βπ³ Key Responsibilities
Independently prepare lunch & dinner service dishes
Execute full mise en place (prep, cutting, portioning, mixing)
Maintain high standards of taste, quality, and presentation
Follow strict HACCP and food safety regulations
Manage stock: ordering, receiving, inventory control
Clean and maintain kitchen stations and equipment
Contribute to menu ideas and efficiency improvements
Support supervision of kitchen assistants
Requirements
- MBO Level 3 culinary education or equivalent experience
- Strong technical cooking and kitchen foundation skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Calm and efficient during busy service periods
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- English required (Dutch is a plus)
- Motivated, reliable, and eager to grow
