Cabin Kitchen & Bar is looking for a motivated Line Cook to join the team at Big White Ski Resort, serving fresh, high-quality food to locals and visitors from around the world. If you enjoy fast-paced service, mountain living, and being part of a close-knit kitchen team, this is a fantastic opportunity to work a season in the Canadian Rockies while making the most of everything resort life has to offer. The Role As a Line Cook, you will: Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and presentation standards. Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures. Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service periods. Requirements

  • Experience working in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
  • Ability to prepare menu items consistently to recipe standards.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality food.
