The Opportunity As a Kitchen Assistant, you'll work closely with the Chalet Chef in larger luxury chalets accommodating between 20 and 30 guests. You'll assist with breakfast service, afternoon tea preparation, dinner service, and the daily operation of the kitchen. Throughout the season, you'll receive training and mentorship from experienced chefs, giving you the opportunity to build confidence and develop your culinary skills. Your schedule follows the traditional chalet routine, with morning and evening shifts, leaving plenty of time during the day to enjoy everything St. Anton has to offer. Your Responsibilities Working as part of the chalet kitchen team, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
