Role
As Junior Sous Chef, you'll support the Sous Chef and kitchen leadership team in delivering exceptional dining experiences for lodge guests.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting daily kitchen operations
Supervising kitchen sections
Leading smaller services when required
Mentoring junior chefs
Maintaining luxury hospitality standards
Assisting with menu execution and refinement
Ensuring consistency and quality across all services
