Role
As an Independent Working Chef, you'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations while maintaining the high standards that have made Takeichi famous.
Key Responsibilities
Independently prepare lunch and dinner service
Complete daily mise en place and food preparation
Maintain consistency in quality, flavour, and presentation
Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
Assist with stock management, ordering, and receiving deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Contribute ideas for menu improvements and operational efficiency
Help supervise kitchen assistants and ensure procedures are followed
Support smooth service during busy periods
