Founded by chefs born and raised in Nepal, the restaurant brings authentic family recipes and traditional flavours to the Netherlands. Every dish is crafted using fresh ingredients, generations-old techniques, and a passion for hospitality. As the restaurant continues to grow, Boeddha Eye is seeking four experienced Independent Chef de Partie professionals to join the kitchen team. Opportunity Join a passionate culinary team dedicated to authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine while developing your skills in a professional fine-dining environment. Role As an Independent Chef de Partie, you will: Prepare ingredients and assess product quality. Apply professional cooking techniques to prepare and present dishes according to established recipes and quality standards. Perform food preparation tasks including cutting, mixing, marinating, and portioning. Conduct quality checks throughout food preparation and service. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the kitchen. Support and supervise junior kitchen staff when required. Contribute ideas for menu development and improvements. Requirements

  • MBO Level 3 working and thinking level or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of professional cooking techniques.
