Responsibilities Lead daily food preparation and production Coordinate prep schedules for service Maintain recipe consistency and presentation standards Monitor food quality and freshness Train and support kitchen team members Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock rotation Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Reduce waste and support cost control Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs Keep production areas organized and efficient Requirements 2–5+ years of professional kitchen experience Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong food safety knowledge Excellent communication and organization skills Comfortable working in a busy kitchen Passion for quality ingredients and hospitality Assets Inventory management experience Knowledge of Pacific Northwest cuisine Formal culinary education.
