The Coffee Hub Suva is looking for an experienced Head Chef to take charge of kitchen operations, lead a talented team, and help deliver exceptional food and guest experiences in the heart of Suva. This is a leadership-focused role for a chef who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and enjoys building strong kitchen teams while maintaining high culinary standards. 👨‍🍳 Role As Head Chef, you will: Lead and inspire the kitchen team across The Coffee Hub's Suva operations Deliver outstanding food quality and guest satisfaction Work closely with restaurant management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Manage staff schedules, performance, and kitchen workflow Oversee food safety, kitchen organization, and operational efficiency Maintain consistency, quality, and service standards at all times 🔍 ChefJobs Abroad Analysis This role is ideal for chefs looking to step into a senior leadership position in the South Pacific.
