Wharf Bar and Restaurant is looking for a Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to lead from the front and deliver consistent, high-quality food in a dynamic setting. 🔑 The Role Lead or support kitchen operations alongside Group Head Chef Oversee menu development, prep, and service execution Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control Train and develop kitchen team members Maintain strong collaboration with front-of-house 🔍 ChefJobs Analysis 👤 Fit: Solid Sous ready to step up or Head Chef wanting a stable coastal role 🍳 Work: High-volume, hands-on leadership with full kitchen responsibility 🌊 Lifestyle: Coastal town living without Byron chaos 🔥 Fun Factor: Strong team vibes, waterfront setting, consistent service energy
