The Role As Executive Chef, you will lead every aspect of the resort's culinary operation. You'll oversee multiple restaurants and bars, banquet production, room service, and stewarding operations while ensuring exceptional standards of quality, creativity, consistency, and guest satisfaction. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on culinary excellence. You'll work closely with the Food & Beverage team, Sales & Marketing, and resort leadership to create memorable dining experiences while driving profitability and operational performance. Your responsibilities will include: Leading all kitchen and stewarding operations Developing innovative menus and dining concepts Managing food quality, presentation, and consistency Overseeing large-scale banquet and event production Managing food costs, labour budgets, and operational expenses Ensuring HACCP and food safety compliance Recruiting, mentoring, and developing culinary talent Building strong supplier relationships Driving sustainability and responsible sourcing initiatives Why Bali? Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef within luxury hospitality
  • Strong background in multi-outlet and banquet operations
  • Proven leadership and people development skills
  • Experience managing food costs, budgets, and forecasting
  • Strong HACCP and food safety knowledge
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with international hotel brands preferred
  • Fluent English required
  • Additional languages beneficial
