About the Position

Opportunity A major international luxury resort in Bali is seeking an experienced expatriate Executive Chef to lead a large-scale culinary operation serving hundreds of guests daily across multiple food and beverage outlets. This is a senior leadership role designed for chefs who thrive in high-volume luxury hospitality environments and enjoy building strong teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Resort With approximately 400 rooms and an extensive food and beverage operation, this five-star international resort operates on a significant scale. From all-day dining restaurants and specialty venues to banquet functions and VIP experiences, the culinary operation is a major component of the guest journey. You'll work directly with the General Manager and play a key role in shaping the resort's food identity and overall guest satisfaction. The Role As Executive Chef, you'll oversee all aspects of culinary operations including: Menu development and innovation Kitchen leadership and staffing Budget management Food cost control HACCP compliance Quality assurance Team training and development Guest satisfaction initiatives Multi-outlet culinary execution This is a highly operational role requiring strong leadership presence and daily involvement on the kitchen floor.
