Nitmiluk Tours is searching for an experienced Chef to join the culinary team within the stunning Nitmiluk National Park, just outside Katherine in Australia's Northern Territory.
You'll have the opportunity to work across several unique venues, including the award-winning Cicada Lodge, Jatti Pool Bar & Bistro, Nitmiluk Dinner Cruise, and the Nitmiluk Café, preparing high-quality dishes while surrounded by one of Australia's most breathtaking natural landscapes.

Requirements
- Previous professional chef experience
- Semi-fine dining experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work a rotating roster
- Excellent time management
- Commitment to food quality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
