About the Position HTM, the largest management company in Niseko, is seeking experienced and driven Chef de Parties (CDP) and Senior CDPs to join the team at An Dining, located within the luxurious Ki Niseko condominium hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking for an ongoing, full-time contract to live and work year-round in Hokkaido. You will be responsible for hands-on food preparation and cooking, maintaining kitchen standards, communicating with floor staff, and (for Senior CDP) overseeing kitchen shifts, assisting with inventory, and contributing to menu creation.
