π The Role
Join the opening kitchen team across multiple outlets
Work alongside Head Chef & Sous team on creative, modern menus
Maintain high standards across all-day dining + in-room service
Contribute to systems, service flow, and kitchen setup

Requirements
- 1β2+ years experience in high-volume or luxury venues
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of HACCP + food safety
- Able to work flexible hours (weekends included)
- Australian work experience required
