About the Role
A 38-meter motor yacht based out of Monaco is seeking a Private Yacht Chef for the upcoming Mediterranean season — Côte d'Azur, Sardinia, Croatia, and the Greek isles.
The Setting
You will cook for the owner, his family, and rotating guests of 4–10 across a 6-month charter and private-use season. The galley is fully equipped, with a separate pastry station and a refrigerated wine cellar.
What You'll Do
• Plan and execute breakfast, lunch, canapés, and dinner daily
• Provision in port — Antibes, Porto Cervo, Hvar, Mykonos
• Cater dietary needs (gluten-free, kosher-style, plant-based)
• Coordinate with the chief stew on plating and wine pairings
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years as a yacht chef OR 6+ in fine dining willing to cross over
• ENG1 medical and STCW Basic Safety Training (or willing to obtain)
• Calm in tight spaces, organized, discreet
• Strong Mediterranean and Asian fusion repertoire
