About the Role
A two-Michelin-star restaurant in the 7th arrondissement of Paris is seeking a Pastry Chef to lead its dessert and viennoiserie program.
The Setting
Tucked between the Seine and the Eiffel Tower, our 32-seat dining room is one of Paris's most quietly celebrated tables. Service is precise, plating is poetry, and our pastry kitchen has its own dedicated lab.
What You'll Do
• Design a 7-course dessert progression that evolves with each season
• Manage breakfast viennoiserie, petits fours, and bread program
• Lead a team of 4 commis and 1 sous-pastry
• Source from Île-de-France farms and our long-standing chocolate maker in Lyon
What We're Looking For
• Formal pastry training (CAP Pâtissier or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years in starred kitchens, ideally in France
• Mastery of laminated doughs, sugar work, and modern plating
• Working French (B2+) — most communication on the pass is in French

• €58,000–€72,000 + 13th month + profit share
