About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our beachfront restaurant overlooking the turquoise lagoons of the Maldives. You will design seasonal menus celebrating the bounty of the Indian Ocean — line-caught yellowfin, reef lobster, freshly pressed coconut, and herbs from our island garden.
The Setting
Our resort sits on a private island in the Malé Atoll, accessible only by seaplane. Guests dine barefoot under the stars at our overwater pavilion, with chefs cooking just steps from the water.
What You'll Do
• Lead a brigade of 14 chefs across two signature outlets
• Curate a Modern Maldivian tasting menu and an à-la-carte beach grill
• Partner with local fishermen and farmers for daily produce
• Host monthly chef's-table experiences for VIP guests
What We're Looking For
• 7+ years in luxury resort or fine-dining kitchens
• Strong seafood pedigree; experience with raw bars a plus
• Calm leadership style and a love of remote-island living
