About the Role
Our award-winning eco-lodge on the edge of Torres del Paine National Park, Chilean Patagonia, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a kitchen rooted in zero-waste, hyper-local cooking.
The Setting
20 cabins clinging to a windswept hillside above Lago Sarmiento. Guanacos pass our windows. Guests come to trek, ride, and disconnect — and to eat food that tastes of this place.
What You'll Do
• Design a daily set menu drawn from our greenhouse, in-house bakery, and local Aysén producers
• Lead a brigade of 9 across breakfast, packed trail lunches, and a 5-course dinner
• Run our weekly Patagonian asado and pisco-pairing nights
• Champion our composting, fermentation, and waste-tracking program
What We're Looking For
• 6+ years senior kitchen experience, with a remote or wilderness-property background preferred
• Genuine commitment to sustainability and Latin American ingredients
• Conversational Spanish (we'll help you grow it)
• Comfort with 3-week-on / 1-week-off rotations
